It tells them they can not offer lifetime minimum amounts to people, for example if you need a heart transplant, you may well use up your lifetime allotment of funds. So is it true that people can be fined and/or jailed if they dont have health insurance under Obamacare? If so will all the leeches on medicaid be jailed? I know that the gov will count their dolesurance as "insurance" but technically they arent providing their own insurance. Or will leeches not have to worry and only the people who lose their jobs and as a result lose their insurance as a result have to worry? The French have a similar system as do other European countries, to support your healthcare system is to support multinational companies, keep on buying Mac Burgers and Coke Cola, and leave 60 million of your citizens without any healthcare, and a huge proportion who have limited healthcare.

Only the rich can get proper healthcare there, here even the rich depend on the free NHS for the best medical care available here. Even private medical facilities here depend on the NHS for critical medical care.
