I haven't read any of the reports yet, on purpose. I am watching this unfold from both sides. This is what I get out of the situation, as wrong or true- and this is a bias "what happen" from someone who knows NOTHING about what happen, only hear-say.

Trayvon was in a gated community late at night- had an altercation with Zimmer- a fight persued, Zimmer shot Trayvon in the front of his body- Zimmer had burgarly tools on him.

This is what I gather from the discussions. I am NOT reading any official reports, yet. This is an experiment almost for me.

I think there is abit of confusion. Trayvon did not have any tools that night. He did have tools (flat head screw driver) and 12 pcs of women's jewelry and a watch found in his backpack at school, that are thought to be stolen but Trayvon said someone gave them to him but refused to release the name so it is still under investigation. I believe it was back in Nov 2011.

Irrelevant. He was probably an asshole, sure, but he was still 17 years old. And how many of us hadn't found ourselves in trouble at that age?
What's important was that he was stalked, harassed, and when he defended himself, murdered.
Zimmerman couldn't handle getting his ass handed to him by a 17 year old babyfaced kid, so he murdered him.

No, of coure it doesn't. The ability to alter our consciousness at will is a big part of what it means to be human. Drug use is a normal part of life and people only need to be taught how to use drugs responsibly. Demonizing drugs makes no more sense than demonizing sex.
