tiger1 User ID: 6269153 United States 03/27/2012 10:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	Hutaree Defendants Acquited nwitimes.com Most of the defendants, who have been in jail for 2 years without bail, have been acquited of all charges, including a man from my city. The 2 remaining defendants have had all charges dropped with the exception of a couple of gun charges. The judge in this case wanted to grant the defendants bond 2 years ago, but the government stepped up and demanded that the defendants be held without bond. So after 2 years in jail, these people who were innocent, have finally been released. I am glad that the judge had the courage to stand up to the government and it's lack of evidence. Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!!

If I were these acquitted defendants, I would definately sue the crap out of the government. I feel sorry for these people. Not only were they unlawfully incarcerated, but their lives will never be the same. You can bet the government will not leave them alone. They had better be carefull for the rest of their lives, as the government microscope will be on them forever. Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!!
