Meaning, all that Mr. Julia Levy said about the governments of Mexico and Guatemala being involved in this project is not the truth. Also, the team of Prof. Stephen Hawking has denied the participation of Prof. Hawking in this project. (We contacted them directly and we have their answer) Although the content is in spanish, it should not be so difficult to translate. Here are the links: An interview with Julia Levy where he declares that Garcia Rosado (Tourism Campeche Minister) did not said " landing pads that are 3,000 years old" . Julia Levy declares he himself said it and the press got confused. At the end of the article you can find the audio of the interview.
