Tand, you have to be cautious with guidance without structure. Analytical overlay(imagination) skews the results.

There is tons of info. about it ..for what i read is better to have structure before and while in the experience so it doesnt happen randomly.

Usually I just ask him to close his eyes and tell me what he sees. Then if something strikes me, I ask him questions.

The last two times, I tried directing him more. I gave him a date and he said he didn't know how to get to that date, so I told him to look at a calendar. I chose April 19th.

He looked at a calendar and got April 19th, 1979. And he was in his room as a child and described it to me.

Then I asked him where I was and he said he instantly zoomed to a scene with a young girl (around 6 years old, right age for me) in a kitchen, wearing a yellow dress (with the right hair style) and helping someone with a cake.

I don't remember that, but there were definitely pieces of information he couldn't have known ... so I asked my mom about it and she's going to look through some old photos to see if she can figure out where we were on that day or during that time.

That was when we decided maybe we were really onto something rather than just 'daydreaming'.

Thanks. Until recently, we were only just doing this for fun, a way to unwind. I liked 'going' to where his imagination took us. It wasn't until recently that I began to wonder if it was something more than that -- and then when I asked about April 19th, even he began to wonder.

Of the two of us, I am the spiritualist and he is the pragmatist.
