i've only gotten to the etheric plane in my experiment with astral projection. ive seen beings on 2 occasion, both times they've seen me and disappeared into a light. i havent seen them since, that was years ago. i've been trying a lot harder lately.

I don't think I have ever astral projected (that I can remember) though I did once have a very strange experience with sleep paralysis that some people say is what happens when they are 'abducted' and other people say that is a misunderstanding and its what happens right before you pop out of your body.
