I managed to RV the NCAA tournament winner a day or so ago. Strong target info from the city of the winning team. I was able to identify it.

I got: a silo a tall thin type structure with a room or rooms at the top. fruit crate artwork (?) gas lamp type street lights and images from the Belle epoch/gay 90's (the 1890's?) fun!!
