Who wins the election?

Romney, of course.

Will he start WW3?

No, but there will be a huge blue flame that goes from the ground to the sky... it will be a new weapon that has been developed that the world has never seen before. Someone sabotaged it and when the weapon is fired (in Israel?) it will set off a chain reaction and become MUCH larger than anyone intended or imagined and it will be unstoppable. When it finally goes out, the entire area will be black and uninhabitable for a very, very long time. This area will consist of Iran and Israel, and possibly the rest of the middle east as well.

When I asked how many would die, he said 'Everyone' (who lives there).

This happens during Romney's presidency, and he has a "strange" smile on his face because he didn't start it, it can't be pinned on him, and he isn't to blame.
