Any one else have a tsunami dream last night?

I had a dream of a Major 9+ Earthquake and tsunami on the Cascadia fault last night.

do you remember which areas of east coast were innundated, and how far inland?

Both of my daughters (who are 19 and 13) had tsunami dreams a week or so ago. I found it interesting that both of them had tsunami dreams the same week, but neither of them knew where they were. My youngest daughter also had a dream 2 nights ago about a huge ball of fire heading toward the earth. She said we were in a field somewhere with some people we knew and others that we didn't know. The fire got closer and closer, the heat hotter and hotter, but for some reason it didn't harm us wherever we were, yet she said it killed and destroyed lots of other people close by us. Very weird to say the least. Apocalyptic and freaky.

A few days later, my 9 year-old said he dreamed of a "flood". I hadn't mentioned my dream to him, either, so I found it odd.

I had one before the one that killed so many people a few years ago.

This one has me little shaken. I could see the water receding and receding till I couldn't see it anymore then I realized what it was. I started screaming TSUNAMI!!!TSUNAMI!!!GET TO HIGHER GROUND ...HURRY HURRY WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME.

I was looking to the left and I said to myself Oh this ain't nothing then I looked right and it was coming.
Then I'm in front of the TV watching news and the east coast of the US is mapped out in red and green with inundation zones. That's all I remember

The direction from which it came looked to be from the 4 o'clock.

I'm not saying anything I just had a bad dream.

had a dream last night. it started with a garbled radio transmission played on the news, somebody saying 'millions of gallons of water are pouring in...', followed by crashing noises and screaming, then nothing.

next, I was in a seaside resort town, and I had the distinct impression it was USA west coast. This fella, about 5 foot 10, dark hair, red top on with a couple of grey horizontal stripes, was saying to me, for some reason, 'Please help us God'. He said it to me three times before turning and walking off. I knew a tsunami was coming. everyone did. Don't know why he was saying that to me. i'm in no way a Godtard.

next I was up on high ground, overlooking the sea. The resort was in a sort of harbour, or bay, to my right, and the open sea was to my left. All of a sudden, the sea reared up, very much like that classic tsunami wave in Japan, i can't find it on youtube at the moment.

It flooded onto land, and was quickly followed by two more. I looked to my left, and a huge bulge of water was coming in. The funny thing about the dream was two little kids, about 3 or 4, who had been put in lifejackets by their parents were in the water, and were loving it, laughing and splashing around.

the dream ended with the water rapidly rising up, and was only about 20 feet below where I was watching it all unfold.

Is there such a resort on the west coast? the high ground was to the south, and the resort was in a sort of circular bay off to my right as I viewed it. the resort was destroyed. the wave was huge.

just thought I'd post it in here. i've had lots of tsunami dreams, but this is the first where I have had a distinct idea about where I was.

I don't live anywhere near a beach but I have been dreaming of flooding rivers for a while. I used to be afraid of this dream but as I have gotten more lucid I am not afraid. Now when I dream I am in a river I just let it carry me where it wants. It is kind of pleasant now to dream that. I know it is a dream so nothing can hurt me. Sometimes I am in a current but I don't fight it and it is actually fun to dream it now. I don't know about in real life. I can swim but maybe that is what the dream is for. If it ever happens maybe I'll just relax and let the river carry me where it goes. Maybe the dream is to tell me not to fight it when it happens. As long as it doesn't happen in the winter I'll just ride the current.
