Mermaid discovered by US NAVY | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 16553491 05/28/2012 09:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | If you really sit back and think about what they were saying in the movie..you can see that it all makes perfect sense. Why are dolphins and most whales so friendly to humans? Because they interacted with them before..under the oceans. Where is the missing link? Right there..in the ocean..swimming around..with the dolphins..the mermaids.. Reptiles came from the oceans and learned how to walk on land..why couldn't our ancestors? |
| Rthegreat User ID: 16825831 05/29/2012 11:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It seemed to me that the creature in the 'cell phone footage' was very CGI in appearance (think the creatures in 'I Am Legend'), and being a resident of the great state of Washington, I am sure I would have heard about this massive whale beaching. That said, the fact remains that there have been thousands of ancient cave paintings discovered that depict this mer-type species...in all four corners of the planet. It is incredibly doubtful that people from all over the world independently invented the same creature and then felt compelled to include depictions of them in their rudementary recorded history. The same can be said of ET's. Perhaps the addage that 'there is some measure of truth in every legend,' merits our consideration. We can't assume they don't exist simply by virtue of the fact that the un-authenticated 'documentary' was an entertaining fabrication. Seafaring men have reported seeing these creatures for eons...just as people around the world have reported seeing UFO's and USO's for eons. I'm not quite willing to write off the possibility. Dolphins have been known to assist injured and ailing humans at sea, so who knows if these humanoid sea-dwellers would recognize us as their biological cousins and do the same...or if they'd see us as lunch. It's certainly a fascinating subject that I would like to see and hear more about. |

It should of been made more believable so that the attention is not takin away from what is causing this disturbing occurance and whales beaching themselves is just that DISTURBING! For whatever reason they do. |
| J Abrams User ID: 9137504 06/02/2012 04:36 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've watched Mermaids The Body Found. It's amazing that people choose to believe in this mockumentary. Yes, not a documentary but a mockumentary. They took facts like the bloop and the U.S. Navy's sonar testing and molded it into a what if type of scenario. What you see and hear is designed to immerse the viewer. I'm not saying that there are/were mermaids on planet earth. Just that it's an interesting and plausible theory of evolution. It really took me by surpise and made me more interested in ocean life. If anything, this is a very well done recruiting tool into the world of marine biology. |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 17023389 06/02/2012 04:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sure she is... And all the movie is Illuminati game. But read "Psalm according to Ionas" by Ian Watson. It is written as a sci-fi novel but full of visions. Well educated author spent about twenty years in eastern Africa and probably met some native shamans. The story of this ending Aion is encrypted there. We are living in the days he described. "Old Jewish Tales" by Misha Joseph bin Gorion are talking about the souls of our ancient grand grand, ... grand fathers which are embodied in the whales' bodies. So the O.T. message of Ionas' mission to Niniveh has a deep sense. Also, the star of sperm whales is described in the Psalm of Ionas. And it was seen several times these days and the songs they are generating are transmitted by another whales all around the oceans sounding great and reaching everywhere. Maybe even underground waters can transmit these vibrations. So here U are in the miracle of strange apocalyptic sounds all over the world. The same way U can see standing waves on the surface of the Sun from time to time - by SOHO and other equipment, the same way it resonates trough our Earth. It needs only the right timing and the strong voice to make the earthquake. Try to sing mighty mantra Aum in some closed space - for instance in a bathroom or closet. When U tune it right to the resonance of the space U can see the effects of standing waves even when your voice is not strong. About Banda Aceh tsunami I wrote my poem well before. But it is in Czech and translation to English is impossible. See our famous opera singers. Almost all of them developed large bodies to have a massive base for strong sound. Compare it to the bodies of whales and the sound transmission speed in the density of waters. Baraka. Interesting. ![]() |

By golly, I recognized him from District 9, in which he also portrayed another scientist. The name of the actor is Jason Cope (on IMDb)." snip "But the mermaids? their sightings? the found skulls and x-rays conducted on them? All fake? At the end of the movie, the credits says "Similarities to names are purely coincidental". Which means, none of those scientists actually exist. (Google the names and university and you will find nothing)." It takes a good actor to have strong contact with a camera....really?! So the Jersey Shore cast, The Swamp People cast, and all other reality tv shows have amazing actors huh? Its called doing an interview and the camera is focused behind the individual asking you the questions which makes it seem you are looking into the camera if you arent truly actually doing so bc its your full honesty that you are pouring into the documentary. |

Is our and other militaries of the world responsible for this reprehensible destructikn? What about the bloop sound? And did this sound really follow a sonic blast? I think these are more important and I'm happy the were brought to light. |

Quoting: bluecavern 16802511 One: they called the animal direction an autopsy. when humans dissect different species is called a necropsy. Second: They referred to a sea lion picture and called it a "Seal." I guess the underlying message is for the Navy to discontinue its high frequency sonar. Saw this tonight. Are you me from the future? However it was entertaining. If wanting to get attention, they did. |

How could the US Navy missed the upcoming show? Why closing all these URLs? Maybe they, NAVY, are protecting these things...I will leave for the Navy, tomorrow I am back at work...LOL |

The gov needs to understand that the public are not as dumb as they think, we see global warming happening right now the mid west is suffering crop loss due to drought, they are still chopping down the rain forest, unemployment is at a all time high, what happens when the oil runs out? the u s government has to work with us not against us and the only way to achieve that is trust. |

If memory serves me correctly, they presented something very similar to this about dragons. The do it to present plausible theories that explain some of the most common cryptozoological (for lack of a better term, because who knows ^.^) "myths". They do it because they are interesting theories. Nothing more, nothing less. Why else would they have the actors use their real names? In doing so there is no doubt, that the story they have presented is fictional, even though they don't come right out and say it. ![]() |
