We have 2 chakras in our body that is responsible for creation. Sex, which is for bonding with opposite sex and making babies and the 3rd eye which basically involves visualization and manifestation.


Don't have sex with someone with lower vibration than you. What happens is when you have sex with someone with lower vibration, your chakras merge with your partners. Meaning you are basically lowering our own vibration.

This sexual energy is so powerful and strong but sadly today we are messing with it everyday through daily sex, and masturbation.

But we can control and use that sexual energy to manifest things in our lives. This requires you to be abstinent no orgasm as much as possible. That way you have greater energy that balances your chakras. You don't wanna cause an imbalance.

Through meditation you can then bring up the sexual energy from your sex chakra to your 3Rd eye Chakra. Then at that point you visualize your creation and the manifestation you'' want.
