My biggest problem right now is EVERYTHING.

It is such a sad state that we are in.

My brother was shot in the head at the age of 21 by a 16 year old. It was a drive by shooting. Well, my brother survived and now has a speech problem and he cannot write.

So he receives SSD and is now trying to buy a home. Well he was pre approved and after 1 year of going through homes losing bids,signing a shit load of paperwork, we finally found a home and 8 days away from closing and they state he has no income due to my mother being his payee.

So the bank soley based the opinion of him not being able to own a home due to him being disabled and having a payee.

He has credit cards, revolving loans, and not to mention he worked for 10 years, and drew a pension when he got laid off, and we deposited 12,000.00 into that bank without them questioning or wanting my mothers consent from him depositing the money.

So what the world is telling me is that my disabled brother, who is disabled because of a kid who escaped juvi home and destroyed his life, can never own a home?

God help us cause I am about to go loco on people!
