ATK Awarded Contract to Supply 450 Million Rounds of .40 Caliber Ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security ATK has secured a major Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity deal to supply up to 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security. To disarm America they deplete the ammo stock by buying it all up so only they have the ammo.

Oh the ammo industry loves useful morons that go out and buy shitloads of excess stuff because a misleading news article makes you think you might not be able to get ammo. Look the military has an obligation to try and sell its surplus ammo to other branches of the government before offering it to sale for civilians, this is only for milsurp ammo and ofcourse wouldnt affect regular ammo you buy at wal-mart, etc AT ALL.

HP ammo is outlawed for military use per the Geneva Convention. Therefore it cannot be used in warfare...However using flesh shredding HP Ammo for civilian "Law Enforcement" is perfectly legal.
