Indeed. Reading that someone else heard Jesus talk to them and tell them a tsunami is going to his is NOT a confirmation. Nothing but fear mongering, this...

I will believe it when it happens and not before, BUT . . .

For any of you who have not heard of Joe Brandt's dream in 1937, you should check it out. While Joe was in and out of a coma, he "experienced" California in the future in which an earthquake (and tsunami?) wiped California out.

I am a BIG skeptic about all this "vision" stuff, but the Joe Brandt story really makes me wonder. Among other things, he said that he saw men wearing earrings (LOL); he saw Hollywood Boulevard with names of movies stars in the sidewalk (which were not laid down until 1959); and he saw "baby cars." He also said that it seemed to be "early spring," but that people appeared to be wearing costumes like it was Halloween. (Remember, we are talking Hollywood here, so maybe Hollywood today would seem like Halloween to someone living in 1937.) His whole tone in relaying the dream -- he wrote it down, pages and pages -- was like, "You're not going to believe what a crazy dream I had!"

Anyway, I couldn't find a lot about him except for his dream so if anyone knows anything else about him and can pass it on, I'd appreciate it.

Well if you don't KNOW that Jesus exists and that he is the KING OF KINGS...then yes, it would seem that way

Interesting. Cosutmes in early spring could have meant Mardi Gras. "Baby cars"?? Was he talking about Smart Cars? LOL Friggin death traps!

Baby cars? Yeah, Smart cars would fit the bill, but so would Mini Minors and the Leaf and the Prius. Remember, most 30's cars were sizeable things.

And costumes? Have you seen some of the outfits that people are wearing as 'fashion' these days. To someone who was used to fairly modest attire, and men looking like men, and women not displaying their stuff for all to see... yes, Hollywood in the spring might have seemed like Halloween costumes.

I'm in Puget Sound, so this warning is good for me to hear and remember. It's all too easy to say nothing has happened so far, and it'll stay that way. Maybe... maybe not.

And yes, I know where I'm going when my time is up. Thanks for the reminder, OP and other responders. See you (or some of you at least) on the other side.

I visited Hollywood last month while on vacation to San Diego - In front of the Kodak Theater many locals wear movie custumes to earn money posing with tourist - so the get ups are there every day now.
