my son gets kicked out of school May 1st, for not having chicken pox vaccine
So...I stopped vaccinating my kids about 8 years ago. My son, who is 12, had been vaccinated for chicken pox as a baby/toddler (can't remember how many chicken pox vaccines they give kids). Weeks after getting the vaccine, he got chicken pox. It was pretty severe. He had eczema, so any skin condition was worse with him. The school now says he needs another chicken pox vaccine. He doesn't need one at all since he had chicken pox, if vaccinating was something I was inclined to do.

You need to let your son have his vaccine. Withholding vaccinations from your children is child abuse pure and simple.

Actually it is not pure and simple. It is a fact that vaccines cause serious adverse reactions in some people, so actually vaccinating your kid may be more akin to child abuse than not doing so.

There are risks with vaccinating and risks without vaccinating. It always should be the parent's right to make that decision, and do so without an ignoramus like you passing hasty judgement.

In my state the only thing they do is if there is an outbreak your child cannot go to school.

I don't understand why your school board is insisting on a second vaccination when you son had one and has had the chicken pox.

I wish you luck in your battle.

If all the kids are vaccinated except for one.

How would he get chicken pox?

And likewise, how would he spread it?

...Oh wait, vaccines don't work again that.

They work in other more harmful ways.

...Right.

Good for you OP with not giving your child a learning disability, sterilization, ect.

Either you didn't read the post or fail at reading comprehension. It is a fact that vaccines cause serious adverse reactions in some people.

Therefore a parent could " subject their child to the potential for terrible harm" by getting their child vaccinated.

It is funny that you invoke "rational judgement" in your post and yet fail to understand this.

Your school needs a lesson in law and you need to learn to control your signature on all documents.

You would not even be posting this if you would have simply put "All rights reserved, without prejudice" above or as your signature when you signed him up for school.

Of course, if you have money, you can have an attorney write a letter to the school district and inform them of your intent to file a FEDERAL case against them.

Doing that will end your issue really fast.

Did anyone even read the op?

The kid already had chicken pox. He no longer needs a vaccine.

Evidence of immunity includes any of the following:

Documentation of two doses of varicella vaccine
Blood tests that show you are immune to varicella or
laboratory confirmation of prior disease

Born in the United States before 1980, excluding health-care workers, pregnant women, and immunocompromised persons. These individuals need to meet one of the other criteria for evidence of immunity.
Receipt from a healthcare provider of a) a diagnosis of chickenpox or b) verification of a history of chickenpox
Receipt from a healthcare provider of a) a diagnosis of herpes zoster (shingles) or b) verification of a history of herpes zoster (shingles).

You do NOT need the chickenpox vaccine, if you meet any of the above criteria for evidence of immunity.

LOL...to all of the people on here accusing me of child abuse. My kids are all perfectly healthy. MUCH healthier now than when I was vaccinating them. Also...did anyone notice that my son HAD chicken pox when he was a toddler???? Even IF I was someone who vaccinated my kids into stupidity, he wouldn't need it being that he had chicken pox.

On another note, since stopping vaccinations, my son outgrew his severe food allergies, and eczema. My daughter has (by her own choice), began drinking nothing but water and eating mostly raw fruits and vegetables. This starting when she was about 3 years old. She is now 10. My kids don't get regular illnesses that other kids that I know get. They may get one minor cold a year, but that's all.

As far as being uneducated, lol. Sorry, not me. I was uneducated back when I vaccinated my kids though!

Thank your lucky stars, and take advantage of this. You won't regret homeschooling your kids and you can get online homeschooling programs. It might seem like a lot of work, but life is short and it really won't last long and you'll always be thankful. Your children will most likely live longer healthier lives without being poisoned by vaccines.

Actually, I did fill out a religious exemption form. This is the first time it has been an issue and I have had kids in school for 11 years. I am a Paralegal, so I work for attorneys. However, they believe that kids should be vaccinated, because doctors say so and have just told me "kids need vaccinations".

OP what state do you live in? Mine does not require vaccinations, thankfully. Usually you can opt out for religious reasons at least, and you are not required to, nor should you, disclose what that religion is.

A lot of ignorant people on this thread. A) If others are vaccinated, shouldn't they be protected from any others who may not be? And if not, are you essentially admitting the risk of vaccine injury is even greater, taking into account that they don't even work that well? B) If you can read, and also understand basic virology, this kid has already HAD chicken pox therefore he has lifelong immunity, therefore he cannot carry and pass the virus onto others. Duh.

OP, perhaps you can get his titers tested and take that as proof he has already had the virus and therefore does not need the vaccination. Good luck. Scary stuff what is happening with these forced poisons.

One last thing, all of you piping in about child abuse need to STFU or go get yourself caught up on the current vax schedule, otherwise you, too, are walking viruses (lol). You have about 30 doses to get caught up, or STFU.

Here is a list of 8 things to look for when trying to identify false flag psychological operations.
1. Staged events usually receive immediate national news coverage
2. There is a political agenda behind the coverage (gun control)
3. The incident inspires intense emotions (Dead kids)
4. Initial media reports conflict eyewitness accounts
5. No dead bodies are shown to the public
6. Celebrities are used to influence the public
7. Presence of mainstream media manipulation tactics
8. The Federal Government give attention to a local story

Question Everything.

When any institution is infiltrated by liberals, that institution no longer serves it's original purpose and instead becomes a social engineering vehicle to push a far left fascist agenda. Liberty and liberals are like oil and water.

I wouldn't consider that statement a fact. First, how would you determine exactly who died from lack a vaccination and who did not? Second, how do you come to the count of 1000's?

Your statement assumes that vaccines are effective and that a lack of vaccines has a direct correlation to death rates.

It is known that vaccines are not 100% effective and it is also been shown with research that the majority of people who contract immunized diseases actually get over them on there own due to their natural immune system.
