Then so be it, this is a nation where the rule of laws decides criminal and civil matters not the media or mobs.
Not to say it's always done right, but we do have a near perfect system. With that said we do have screwed-up judges, lawyers, and citizens that work to abuse this system. By in large it still works.

Funny, the law will invoke a policy over a racial bias. Just shows the law knows the truth. Even if the truth hurts, it sure beats a fake face.

Hate to tell you all, he is protected under the law 100% at this point. That is why the government wants you all fighting each other. They want a repeal of this law that is well over 100 years old now and has been upheld in the Supreme Court multiple times.

As the law read he only has to have a "reasonable belief" he was threatened, he does not have to prove he was attacked in any way, shape or form.

Study up on the laws. Why do you all think they are making this in to a case? Under the law he was "entitled to stand his ground" with "no duty to retreat". He does not have to prove his innocence but only show he felt threatened period.

People need to understand the laws before they assume a law was broken, sorry to burst everyone’s bubble with the reality of the situation at hand but as my friends tombstone reads; it is what it is.
