ALRIGHT FOLKS, IF ANYONE IS CURIOUS TO SEE IF IT COULD ACTUALLY BE TRUE THAT SOMEONE WHO ISNT YOU, IS POSSIBLY TRADING BONDS ON YOUR PERSONAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE NUMBERS AND IF, WHO IT MAY BE... WELL HERE IS A MORE DETAILED PROCESS OF STEPS, IN WHICH I OUTLINED FROM THE ORIGINAL OP, THAT IS BIT EASIER TO FOLLOW AND UNDERSTAND (I HOPE), THEN BEFORE...
SO, IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO TRY AND SEE FOR YOURSELVES, Just follow closley.. 1) Go to this link www.fidelity.com
2) Click on RESEARCH... It is the 3rd TAB in the Tab order below where it says Fidelity.com. at the top of the page.
3) Under RESEARCH, there is another set of TABS. Click on QUOTES, It should be the 4th TAB in that row of tabs.
4) Now you will come to a page that says: DELAYED QUOTE at the top of the page. This is where you will need to enter ONLY the 1st set of #'s, (which is the 3 NUMBERS before the hyphen) of your BC NUMBER, into the box that says ENTER TICKER SYMBOL.
Please Note: This will ONLY be the FIRST THREE (3) NUMBERS of your entire birth certificate #
entered in the TICKER SYMBOL BOX. Then press ENTER.
5) Now a page will appear that says DELAYED MUTUAL FUND QUOTE at the top. On the bottom Right side the FIRST THREE #'s of your BC # should already be filled in where it says ENTER TICKER SYMBOL(S).
If it is not, enter the 1st THREE #'s again and then Click FIND SYMBOL, which is right next to the QUOTE button. You shouldn't need to click on the QUOTE button again if the numbers are already there.
6) Now a page will appear where at the top it says FIND SYMBOL. ON the 2nd line down it will say SEARCH FOR: STOCK... BUT you need to use the DROP DOWN ARROW and choose MUTUAL FUND INSTEAD. Then directly next to it where it says BY: SECURITY NAME, you need to use the DROP DOWN ARROW AGAIN and choose FUND NUMBER instead.
7) Now still on this same page right after doing that you will see where it says SEARCH VALUE:
ONLY TYPE IN THE 1st THREE digits before the HYPHEN of your BC# in the SEARCH VALUE and that is all you will need to find out who is trading on the FUND for the Birth Certificate.
8) If you did it all correctly, then the results should come up below with the NAME OF THE COMPANY, THE TICKER SYMBOL and THE FUND NUMBER.
IF IT IS SET UP SIMILAR TO OTHERS I HAVE DONE, THEN IT COULD BE A 5 DIGIT # with TWO 00 or 2 zero's in front of it. For example: 00121 I hope this helps a little better to explain in lay mans terms a bit easier then the original OP's description of the steps.

Remember that you dont actually need to type in
the whole BC# anywhere....JUst the 1st THREE #'s you need before the HYPHEN of your BC #.
