By thy words thou shalt be justified ... - That is, "words" are the indication of the true principles of the heart; by "words" the heart shall be known, as the tree is by its fruit. If they are true, proper, chaste, instructive, pious, they will prove that the heart is right. If false, envious, malignant, and impious, they will prove that the heart is wrong, and will therefore be among the causes of condemnation. It is not meant that words will be the only thing that will condemn man, but that they will be an important part of the things for which he shall be condemned. See James 3:3-12. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
There is an energy in words wether you believe it or not. Either our words carry the energy of God in them or they carry a death or numbness in them, nothingness vanity, in other words death and darkness. Your words can be either super or superficial, life or death. We all can tell where our words and the words of others are coming from. There is a saying that goes something like this; "If you cant dazzle them with your brilliance, baffle them with your BS". And here we have the problem if you dont demonstrate the briliance of Christ then you baffle others with your own attention to other matters outside the life giving words of Christ and from Christ. Truly outside of Christ we can do nothing and it shows in our character and the way we live our daily lives. Who are we fooling but ourselves or who is fooling us? Is it our ego, oh! you know! the; " ye shall be gods " complex? It is! Do not be a fool for if you do you will be found in darkness, now and latter. Be wise and conduct yourselves wisely. Walk in love and you will find yourself walking in the spirit. But do not be decieved love with out truth is a lie and nothing but!
