I worked as an Auden for the very first time at an elementary school, the teachers would make fun if the kids disabilities when they would leave the classroom, I was in shock the teachers didn't like me I was not in their click, I questioned the teacher one day because one of the kids was dig g in the trash he said he was hungry, the teacher said don't oay attention he always does that, another kid kept scratching her head I ask the cud what was wrong is her head really itchy does she want to see the school nurse, the teacher intervened and said no. I was laid off shorty after after all of this, the principle was weird also she had a rally she dressed up like a bear and was sitting on the older boys laps bouncing up and down there were all kinds of parents and teachers there everybody was laughing except for me, I thought it was weird. The looks on the older boys faces they were beat red. A bunch of sick individuals. That was my first experience working at a school. When I was laid off I ask why they really didn't give ne a reason, not enough experience later they said. I'm glad because I didn't want to be a part of that.
