you come on this forum spewing your toxins, yet you believe in divination, which according to the bible is an act of sorcery.

there are numerous passages in the Bible that condemn specific divination techniques. These include Exodus 22:18, Leviticus 19:26-26; 19:31; 20:6; Deuteronomy 18:10-11; Isaiah 8:19 and Malachai 3:5.

The passage in Deuteronomy is perhaps the most important. They forbade the Israelites from engaging in eight specific practices. One translation is:

"There shall not be found among you anyone that...useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.(KJV)

Liar and deceiver. The Holy Spirit is not divination.

the fact is the bible clearly states otherwise.

so when april passes and there is no tsunami, was the holy spirit wrong?

Within the last month I have also had a dream about a Tsunami hitting a large city. The dream was very unuual for me as it was extremely vivid and was not prompted by anything I had seen in the previous days. It was one of those "where did that come from" sort of dreams. I saw people on a beach swimming and surfing engulfed by the huge wave, then I saw the water flowing into the city through the streets. I did not get any definitive idea of location or time - as I said I had this dream within the last month, I think it was about three weeks ago. The dream bothered me enough for me tell my wife, brother and mom. This thread has me wondering!

Prayer changes things. If enough people pray against this, or repent then it might be cancelled or delayed.

If PEOPLE REPENT, judgment can be stopped. Whether this is true in all cases, I don't know.

This is what happened in Ninevah. This was a HUGE city that was destined for destruction. Once the prophet Jonah told them that if they don't repent they are doomed, the city listened and repented. Doom was delayed for another 400 years!!!!

I don't know what city I saw the Tsunami. It was not a familiar place to me. I know that it was sunny and the architecture could have been somewhere in Ca - somewhere with slightly older buildings not glass towers. I just don't know. I find it extremely strange that I dreamt this around the time many others are having similar dreams.

There were tsunamis in the past, and there will be tsunamis in the future. No big deal. It's not God, it's physics.

Well, just pray about it. That's all we can do. We don't know if it will happen or not, we can just pray about it.

I wasn't going to post about a vision, but since so many others are doing so,I decided to post mine as well.

I also had a vision shown to me about 8 or so months ago.
I will explain how this all come about.

I moved to this state, this small town 4 years ago to take care of my dad after my mom passed away. My dad passed away a little over a year ago now.

I didn't know if I should remain living here or move.
I couldn't find a job, there were very few jobs available.
I put in for every job that came open. I received no calls for interviews... Nothing.

One night I was laying on my bed thinking... I feel my time here is done and I need to move on. Right after I said that, My dad came to me and said... You must stand strong. I said to my dad, I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. He said again, You must stay, and stand strong .

The next thing I knew, I was standing in the middle of a street, people were screaming and running everywhere. I looked up at the sky and fire was raining down, roads and house's were disappearing. I then looked to my left and saw a huge wall of water coming in.

I looked to my right and saw an elderly woman standing there, I saw her family leaving her all alone. She was crying, she couldn't belief her family left her to fend for herself. I walked up to her and told her, she will be just fine that I will take care of her. I was watching so many family members leaving their loved ones behind. Even though I was sad, I was calm and able to hold myself together. That was the end of the vision.

Even after the vision that was given to me, I wanted confirmaion that I was supposed to stay here. I prayed too Father God.. If it is your will for me to stay in this town, please help me to get a job, so I can remain here.

Two days later, I got a call from a friend about a place hiring, I was excited, I went straight there, filled out an application, afterwards the woman hiring decided to go ahead and talk to me about the position. She told me it was only part time, two days a week.

My heart began to sink, hearing her say, it's only two days a week. I told her thank you, but I couldn't take the job for just two days a week, the drive was too far and it would only pay for my gas. She told me, she would love to hire me for more days but the budget wouldn't cover anymore days than that.

While I was driving all the way back home, I was talking to Father God, telling him I didn't understand, I thought that was my confirmaion to stay here, but I will try to be patient, for you know what's best for me.

Four days later, I received a call from the place that was hiring for two days a week. She said she couldn't believe it, they got an increase in there budget and could now hire me for five days a week and ask when could I start. There was the confimation I needed to stay here. I received two confirmaions, not just one. The name of the place I am working at, has the name of one of Jesus's disciples. What are the odds, after 8 months of trying to get a job, filling out application after application at every place that was hiring and this is the one I get.

I now feel, this state (on the east coast) is where I am meant to be at this time. I did not get a date, so I am not saying this will happen in April. I don't know when this is supposed to happen. Hopefully, with enough prayers,none of these events will happen.

Sorry for such a long post, I tried to make it as short as possible.

Without going into great detail as to why, I believe that the sequence will go as follows:

1. Worldwide revival.

2. Tribulation for the Bride of Christ.

3. God's wrath (judgement) poured out.

Judgement will one day arrive.

I also believe a great revival will come, but not until we go through some serious tribulation first. I think the tribulation will be the catalyst for the revival. Many will see terrible events and it will cause them to repent. This is part of God's mercy. Many people see the tribulation as a horrible thing, but actually it's merciful because God is showing and warning us and giving many more time to repent and come to Him before He destroys the world. The tribulation is part of His patience and warnings.

Just my thoughts....

I think that Christians tend to use the terms "judgment" and "wrath" of God too liberally.

We are told that there will be signs such as earthquakes and wars. These are the birth pains of the Great Tribulation. This is not the Wrath of God.

Clearly, from Revelation, the Wrath of God symbolically takes shape as the seven Bowls of Wrath. This is the real deal and will be beyond imagination.

Personally, I believe that the Church will experience tribulation, but we are exempt from wrath. Please be sensitive to using these terms as they are very, very sobering and not to be used lightly.

However, I should point out that what I was speaking of in item 2 above is the tribulation, or persecution, of the Christian Church -- the likes of which has never been seen before. Not the waking up the world in order for revival to take place.

Oh yea, that's going to be a very dreadful and terrible time. I dont' even like to think about it, but I know it will happen.

I had this dream on March 21st so it falls in line with everyone else...

I dreamt I was in Southern New Jersey. I was in a car with my husband. We were driving along the shoreline, heading north. The sky looked incredibly eerie. There were these dramatic-looking clouds covering the sky. Suddenly, they formed into a tsunami or tidal wave. What was very strange about the giant waves, they were OILY! I saw streaks of oil in the waves. Then a GIANT ROBOT emerged from underwater and tried to hold the waves back!! I couldn't tell if the robot was made of metal or ice. My husband and I were in awe at this whole episode happening in front of us, including some people in the backseat that we didn't know. We weren't scared, just shocked and surprised.

As we kept driving up the coast, I looked over to see a huge engraved sign on a grassy slope. It said ROCKEFELLER UNIVERSITY but it also had KANYE WEST's name above their name!! The actual university is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan but it was uncanny to see Kanye West's name...a PUN FOR THE WEST COAST MAYBE?!! However, I felt like we drove into Princeton at this point in the dream, even while we were still on the coast. The waves were still there and so was the robot. I finally pulled on my husband's shirt and gestured for him to turn the car around. I could not deal with the scenario any longer. It felt too real. END.
