OMG Watch Alex Collier's video above. He clearly said that actions would be taken between now(that time was March 2012) to the middle of July meant to empower us humans! That clearly ties in that the deadline for mass arrests and ET contact is by mid-July, like I predicted in my thread here:

+ He had had a telepathic communication with Mornay, and learned some things
+ This is not over. There's a battle going on with the dark force: on land, in the sea, and underground.
+ The dark cabal was not ready to give up, there were happy to "eliminate three levels of management:" so they could stay in power, but the positive ET were going to go on fighting

"A series of actions will be occuring between now and the middle of July, designed to empower humanity... We ultimately have to take responsibility for ourselves."
+ "When we finally meet, we will not worship them... this is important."
+ "We are going to have to play this out, because this event has been placed in the consciousness of humanity for 2,000 years... At the end, we will see that we are creators, and they have been manipulating us for thousands of years, so they have a place to hide... As our consciousness rises, they will no longer be able to hide."
He then recommends listening to Steve Quayle's interview with Tom Horn about the Vatican, and their involvement in manipulating humanity.
