The GFL (Galactic Federation of Lucifer) is really pushing this to another level. They are saying that the "Mass Arrests" are happening right now AND are being reported. Amazing!!
It's like saying "You're wearing a red shirt" when you're not. If they say it enough you will think you are actually wearing a red shirt.
