We watch them spray all the time with binoculars.

They use small 2 engine prop planes & are using private air strips around the USA like North Dakota & Wyoming.

Easy to track on air trafic radar. They come out just before dawn to get a good haze going.

While it is illegal to spray anything from an airplane (with the exception of a fuel dump) without a licence and proper permits such as crop dusting, it don't stop these CRIMINALS!!!

To tell when you will be sprayed just observe the atmsophere. It will be at sunrise & set as these are "THE DANGER TIMES" or when the sky has a "HINT" of DEEP BLUE!!!

If there is a haze, they don't risk spraying anymore as too many people are on to them now.

Remember that the only reason they spray you is to hide something by the sun!

All private airstrips must be registered with the FAA.
google earth is your friend.

The chemicals are are being transported in either tanks hidden in semi trucks and/ or ordinary tankers such as propane, fertilizer, fuel, paint etc.

So any remote airstrip with ALOT of truck traffic would be a good place to start looking.
