Please excuse me if this is off topic but has anyone tried feeling "unconditional love" for every one and every thing they sense? It's so interesting that when you love everyone you feel love within yourself, and when you love yourself, you tend to be more loving to others.

But you have to do it honestly to get the full affect. I.E. Let yourself know that your feelings for those who are obviously doing something detrimental to society/themselves will only make things better in the long run, even though it may take time to realize the changes.

Pretty intense stuff, I recommend it to any one who is open minded.

I'm not sure if anything is ever off topic when it comes to human interaction... :)

I think you brought up a very valid point too...love of self is often a missing ingredient in people. I think it's why we project our weaknesses on others sometimes...in an attempt to fix what we know (or sense) what may be lacking in us at times.

Yup, assumptions without admitting they're assumptions. Expectations without realizing the consequence or being able to take it in stride.
Please verify you're human:
