LOL! I've got a Hebrew/Jewish calender right here in front of me. Show me where you got your info.....still debunked.
Quoting: Vulcan4 jewish people don't celebrate the RESURRECTION, you dummy. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13351562 Leave it to a a Brazilian to make an educated answer,....... or is that a moron answer? lol. Y'isaEL, as a nation, doesn't celebrate resurrection, but a lot jewish people do because lot are messianic Yehudi (J e ws). Passover begins on Friday (April 6th) at sundown and ends on April 14th Saturday at sundown. Easter has nothing to do with resurrection or Messiah, but you wouldn't know that because you practice pagan rituals and are blind. You might want to condider who you're talking/posting to before you make idiotic posts. Quoting: Vulcan4 You said:Umm, resurrection date is on April 6th, which is the Passover. So, this guy is already off... :/ Then you said:I've got a Hebrew/Jewish calender right here in front of me.SINCE WHEN do Hebrew/Jewish calendars mark the RESURRECTION of Christ? That's what I meant. Besides, Christ died on a friday and rose on the sunday, which this month is the 8th. The dates are correct, you are the one who looks like a fool now. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13388665 Passover in 2012 will start on Saturday, the 7th of April and will continue for 7 days until Friday, the 13th of April.
Note that in the Jewish calander, a holiday begins on the sunset of the previous day, so observing jewish people will celebrate Passover on the sunset of Friday, the 6th of April.@Vulcan OK so jewish people start celebrating passover just a little bit earlier. That still doesn't change the fact that 'jewish' passover has nothing to do with 'resurrection day'. Umm, resurrection date is on April 6th, which is the Passover. So, this guy is already off... :/ Resurrection is NOT the same as Passover. Furthermore, you should also be aware of the fact that when people speak about easter in general, they use the christian version of easter, not the jewish one. So coming from a christian perspective, you're totally full of shit. Coming from a jewish perspective, I'd say you're right, because 'Easter is linked to the Jewish Passover by much of its symbolism' but still wrong, since you didn't mention it in the first place. I hope people will be aware of the fact how easy it is, for monotheistic religions to clash and go fight each other over these stupid minor differences, even when they all worship the same 'God' deity.
