Food aid to N Korea goes to army

Just came across a bit of info while trying to find out how much food aid goes to NKorea in US$. What this article states us that most of it goes to feeding the army. The leader of NK has no use for anyone who is not totally with him and his beliefs. They would rather see them starve to death and this is what is happening, many do starve to death. I have nothing against helping people that truly deserve some help but in all reality what the hell are they really accomplishing here.
