If you start sun gazing now in the evening you will be able to see the sun's beauty mark, AKA Sunspot 1476. It truly is amazing to look at the sun which is 100 millions miles away, and be able to see and stare at the dark spot on its belly exeeding the size of 10 earths. Truly magnificent, never felt the same since. Its a feeling of awe, and inspiration that you are one of few who dare to see the sensation. Everyone else is busy ignoring the sun, if you choose to sun gaze you are truly unique.

My question wasn't answered though. At this moment in time I have no way to ground myself to the earth. Can I still gain some benefit from gazing into the sun without grounding myself to the earth?

both are connected - but you can do them separatley.. even some people just sit back and drink - thats a way of relax too - but kinda 'primitive';DD

many ways - but as far as I know, if you dont do it with the Earth - then some sports or raging against something..
