O is on record saying that th Constitution is a flawed document of negative liberties. He laments that it only says what the govt can't do, not what it must do for people.
People make the false assumption that the Constitution somehow belongs to government and it is up to judges and bureaucrats to dictate to us what it means. WRONG!!! The Constitution belongs to US and WE tell the govt and the bureaucrats what the hell it means. It is OUR power and our defense from them. its OURS! It was given to us to respect, cherish and revere.
