Ok, well have you read any of them? There were quite a few differences from the show. also a lot of similarities. A few different characters.
If you havn't read them, I can give an overview of the ones I have gotten so far..

I was a little disappointed that Tyrese wasn't in the show. So far what I have read, he seems like a cool character. Also it was weird watching the show first...then reading the comic, I didn't expect Dale to be sleeping with Andrea. In the show they had a more father-daughter relationship.
