Quoting: Carol B. This, freaking this!! I believe there will be 3 different people (voices only). One is his wife. one is dale, and one is black guy from season one. I guarantee one will be lori. You noticed a baby crying before he answered the phone. I did notice the baby crying. I'm leaning towards the phone ringing being a hallucination. yes it is all hallucination. One voice will tell him they are ok and to protect the group/baby.
