The spoilers I've read have said the actual script for this next episode said the 3 voices will be Jim and Amy (from season 1) and Lori finally telling Rick to move on.

There was some speculation that one of the voices could be Morgan too (also from season 1)

i have LOTS of good, confirmed spoilers
