Learn to be at peace with yourself just outside observing and particpating with nature. Just as it is. Just as you are.

Take up birdwatching, for example. Gives you an 'excuse' to go wandering around.

Do what you enjoy doing. Hiking, running, gardening, whatever.

When you're among people, talk about the beautiful things you have seen and experienced.

Share a sense of contentment and wonderment at simple things.

Get drunk and go feed the pigeons in the park, guarantee you make a friend...or get arrested...

I second getting a dog. They LOVE walks, and chicks dig dogs. Especially cute dogs. Two problems solved in one shot! :)

Gyms are not museums for beautiful people, but places for people to work on improving themselves.

Go in with a good attitude, and let the trainers give you some direction.

Seriously, get yourself a good looking dog.
Irish Setter, Labrador or Golden Retriever.

Not a Pit Bull or Doberman, something nice looking.
Girls will be all over your dog at the park.

Then you just have to learn some social skills which dont include banging on a keyboard.
