Both of them went too far to authoritarianism
Both "liberal" and "republic" citizens tend to want a lot more libertarianism than either party is interested in. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13807965 That is a very true statement. A lot of hardcore liberals I know have been leaning more toward Libertarian views. It is nice to see. Libertarian policies will save this country some day. Ron Paul may have planted Liberarian seeds in many people so it's possible but it may be too late depending on what else Obama and his goons plan on doing till January 2013...
