The main point is that we're still in serious market decline. About the 28th: Around Nov 28th TWZ is approaching the extreme lows of the 4th and 16th. Let's take a look at what happened around those dates: - Around the 4th: Aftermath of Sandy / (Run up to) Elections - Around the 16th: Escalating conflict Israel (Gaza) If TWZ is correct we may expect things (start) to happen on that type of scale...
