Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1313288 A sixth teen in the second vehicle that was racing was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, being under the influence of marijuana and racing in a speed contest causing injury. The California Highway Patrol identified him as 18-year-old Michael S. Johnson of Lakeside. [link to www.cbs8.com] he was racing, douche bag. your correlation skills are a total fail! being under the influence of marijuana and racing....DICKHEAD!!!!! Okay genius, he's a teenager racing a car, a stupid mistake in the first place that anyone could crash during, has nothing to do with the marijuana. In fact, most people would be less inclined to race while stoned. FACT: Racing driver was under the influence, and marijuana was a factor. Live with that. |

Your attempt to disassociate the drug use with this particular individual's errant ways is both mind boggling and irresponsible. IF they legalize MJ, the DUI/DWI laws will remain in effect and if you are under the influence you will suffer the same penalties alcohol drivers (or any other impairment causing agent) do. Again, stoner shill...live with that and stop using bullshit strawmen to support your flawed premise. |
