Tokyo, March 25, 2012

Dear Secretary-General ,
Honorable Ban Ki-moon ,

.... I was asked to make a statement at the public hearing of the Budgetary Committee of the House of Councilors on March 23. I raised the crucial problem of N0.4 reactor of Fukushima containing 1,535 fuel rods.

It could be fatally damaged by continuing aftershocks.

Moreover, 50 meters away from it exists a common cooling pool for 6 reactors containing 6,375 fuel rods !

It is no exaggeration to say that the fate of Japan and the whole world depends on NO.4 reactor.
This is confirmed by most reliable experts like Dr.Arnie Gundersen or Dr.Fumiaki Koide.

Please allow me to inform you of an initiative being taken by a former UN official who is endeavoring to have the Nuclear Security Summit take up the crucial problem of N0.4 reactor of Fukushima . He is pursuing the establishment of ”an independent
assessment team " .... “ .

WOW , that's over 7,900 RADIOACTIVE RODS !!

Now the Ambassador Warning makes sense ...

An interesting fact , the 'ghost' ship sunk by the Navy last week of the British Colombia , Canada coast , had more Vertical Surface area hence acting like a sail and taking just one year to cross the Pacific , while the floating Flat Debris will take two years .... remember This , will help calculate how much time we have NEXT time when the Debris will be Radioactive ... ! ( see Ambassador's Warning above ) .

[link to www.asahi.com]

" .... An estimated 40,000 tons of debris set adrift in the Pacific Ocean by tsunami spawned by the Great East Japan Earthquake will reach North American coastlines by next February , ( 2013 ) , according to the Environment Ministry. ...

Simulated distribution, as of February 2013, of objects that were set adrift by the tsunami spawned by the March 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake (Provided by the Environment Ministry) ... " .

You bet it's boring !
See how much boring will get when radioactive water Vapor will wash weekly North America forcing you to live in a plastic bubble .

They Know Japan Eastern coast line will be sliced like cake pieces and fall into the sea ...

I saw myself in an HD documentary the Fukushima area separated from the mainland by a 5 meter wide crack that occurred just below the highway to the Plant , hence the next 8+ earthquake will shake Fukushima into the sea together with the 7,900 radioactive rods !!
Ya , Who are You gonna call Then ?? FEMA ?!

No folks , THEY will take Over Japan , the US and Russians in an uneasy alliance to stop the radiation and Milk Japan for all its worth ! Of course , minus the worthless , radioactive land and cities ...

See how much Annoying it will get when a lot of people in North America will be diagnosed with cancer .
Since the nucleotides ( radioactive ) can be easily traced to their origin , Will a North American Class Action Sute follow demolishing financially Japan for ever ??

Here , the Japanese scientists do the math :

[link to ex-skf.blogspot.ca]

“ .... Science Council of Japan: 250 Millisievert External Radiation Exposure in 30 Years Possible in #Fukushima Without Continued Decontamination

“ .... That seem like a lot, but come to think about it, 250 divided by 30 equals 8.33. At this point, average 8.33 millisieverts per year exposure in parts of Fukushima, particularly near Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant, seems almost reasonable.

Anyway, here's Yomiuri reporting on one of several report issued on April 9, 2012 by the Science Council of Japan:

The result shows that if the residents return when the annual radiation exposure levels drop to 20 millisieverts and if no decontamination is done afterwards, the residents may be exposed to nearly 250 millisieverts in 30 years, even with the attenuation of radioactivity. ... “ .

How come it's always some former political dignitary relating a story of impending doom or revealing some odious conspiracy? Their position is exalted enough to lend them a certain degree of credibility but not enough to grant them a respectable amount of airtime on mainstream media.

The infrastructure needed to extract the rods has been damaged.

The rods need to be kept within the coolant water AT ALL TIMES. The zirconium reacts with oxygen (air) by catching fire!!

The rods are extremely hot and very very very radioactive. The coolant water also acts as a shield.

There isnt anywhere to put them if you did extract them.

These little facts are the reason among many why they havent pulled any out yet. I didnt know it, but read recently that the common fuel pool is only 50 meters away.
And it contains over 6000 rods. The scenario is scary. It wont take much for the sfp to collapse. Even last year they were saying that concrete was "dropping" down from the pool.
If it does collapse, the result would be an enormous horrible mess of melted fuel, bubbling away exposed to the air, buried under rubble. And hot hot hot!!!

The scenario is actually too scary to think of. The next problem of course would be the simply enormous radiation output, that would instsantly completly leave no choice but to abandon the site. Fullstop. Then the flowon effect would take out close by reactors in the area, (I think there are three FACILITIES nearby) which would become as part of fukushima in meltdowns etc...in other words, the collapse of sfp 4 would initiate the end of Japan in a very real sense.

And we have known about this problem for a while now, I have been telling everyone, but no one wants to listen, aparently its all "doom and gloom" They are all talking about it as if it just happened? Im personally over it all myself, now I just dont care, the world has really gone mad, and I have "given up" I just want to play skyrim and pretend to live in my own world, smoking bush tomatoes helps too, goodbye cruel world...its over.....

Kinoshitakota leaked the FAX correspondence between JP gov and Tepco

spread this like the radiation they spread on us....

Immediately after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident, is seen as a FAX document exchange, such as site and the government side. Actually, to me, but it was from before about a month, a large amount is too data, Japan Dr. Banda Jeff skiing [Dr. Yury Bandazhevsky?] yet, because there was no room for anything, I leave it as it is anyway. If you’re considering just aim scoop, but story jump, as many a, for me you want to move from the Northeast and South Tokyo, pregnant women and children, women of childbearing age, the priority sensuous is not high. However, the place yesterday, so as to spill some of this data, place to expose the full scope of information to everyone that I know, everyone read the data, the situation at the time of the accident , I thought could be confirmed in real better. FAX so at the time, I think that atmosphere is well understood. The file itself is large, too large,I think because it is not well and check for viruses, but not only to download, and effects of the virus because it does not appear after the download, the point is all right. I think that I do not think from the very beginning, only that the government is aware of the danger, and often seen in this exchange. Talk and common sense in me, but not well Onnaji contents.

The ultimate plan behind this all is revealed in the very prophetic 1975 film, A Boy and his Dog.

Here is the scene where the boy is down in a DUMB, where generations of inbred PTB sheep, need his DNA.

I think Harlon Elison hit the nail on the head with this one, at least that's how a few naive psychopaths see it.

FUKUSHIMA EMERGENCY WHAT CAN WE DO?
We all now know the water thing isn't working or working fast enough to stop this insane collatoral damage thing globally, at the Fukushima power plant.

Our Governments world-wide are staging what is possible the largest cover-up in human history.

I've been looking for a site dedicated to possible solutions and couldn't find one, so here I am.

I think the idea being floated around of a tactical nuke is a good one: The entire Nuclear Powerlant would be vapourized and the proplem becomes substantially more containable.

1. The radiation after impact decreases dramaticaly (in relation to a continuous unstoppable bleeding into the atmosphere)
This can be varified by looking up the tables available.
2. The area is already unlivable.
3. Fallout is laughable, just look at what is happening now, and again, IS A ONE OFF.
4. It will vapourize the problem including the Plutonium.
5. Japan can order mass evacutions if they do it quickly before everyone is irradiated.
6. After TEPCO admitted lying about repairs and hid the amount of spent fuel, they should suck it up.
And finally, after the big ka-boom, they can clean it up like they did Hiroshima.

Anyone else?

LOL !!

We must have it too easy if slow death doesn't get our atention anylonger .

But not in Tokyo where the action is radiation hot all over :

[link to ex-skf.blogspot.ca]

" ... Professor Yukio Hayakawa Takes a "Radioactive Walk" in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo (4/9/2012)

Edogawa-ku is one of the 23 Special Wards (ku) of Tokyo, situated in the eastern-most Tokyo right next to Chiba. The eastern Wards of Tokyo, including Edogawa, Katsushika, Adachi have elevated radiation levels compared to the western Tokyo.

Professor Hayakawa walked from the southern tip of Edogawa (Kasai Seaside Park) to Shinkoiwa JR Station. Along the way, he measured "black dust" (dark sediment) at two locations, and one of them (in Kasai Seaside Park) measured 1.385 microsievert/hour on his survey meter.

He also used a stick-type cheap survey meter called "Air Counter" (aka "Ea-bo" エア棒), which seems to measure pretty well if the radiation level is above 0.1 microsievert/hour. ... " . See the video too .

US National Academy of Sciences to Set Up Fukushima Investigation Commission

So reports Mainichi Shinbun (4/10/2012):

It has just been revealed that the US National Academy of Sciences has set up its own commission to investigate the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant accident.

In the next two years, the commission will investigate the cause of the accident and Japan's nuclear policies in order to improve the nuclear power plants in the US and the US nuclear policies.

According to the people involved, the commission has been set up by the request from the US Congress. About 20 experts in the US will be asked to join.

Japanese nuclear researchers and engineers will be asked to participate as advisors. They will probably be the experts who are the members of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.
