My educational background (Master's Degree) gets me dismissed every time...that, and I'm a white male.
Quoting: Ad Hominem Who dismisses you, the prosecutor or the defense? I got picked despite being a white male with a BSEE. But I've never even been called for jury duty since then. I have an "asterisk" next to my name now maybe? The defense... Heh maybe they're guilty. You show up and go thru voir dire, that's all you can do.
