Start a seed bank if you haven't already .. we also started saving seeds from organic vegetables ..

Switch to rice or almond milk ..

Since we returned to Japan we changed our Food
from Salads and other Vegetables
to Sprouts, they are great, taste yummy and are 100% Pure!

I have also had my nukealert go off while driving in Nebraska alot. Not so much in Montana but a few times not as bad as Nebraska though. It is already everywhere we are being poisoned as the corn, feed, cows etc have been exposed for months now and already harvested last summer fall.

I cant believe they are thinking of restarting another nuclear reactor in Japan we human beings sometimes never seem to learn our lesson. Its a shame.

My parents were from 'Belarus', Chernobyl winds blew directly through there hometown for a very long time. Both my grandfathers died evacuating people closer to the Nuclear plant. I am 22 now and still (luckly) in good health. Radiation is no joke and you will realize this in 15 years when many americans will get Lymp cancer and have huge bulges in their neck's.

Anyway, nuclear power is too unstable. It needs to be completely stoped and replaced with INSANE amounts of green power plants.

Start checking the source of your food in stores. Here on the east coast, I am seeing a lot of food imported from California, especially the health food. In Trader Joe's almost everything comes from California. That's bad mojo with all that radiation making landfall out there. Be especially careful with milk, I would suggest dropping diary from your diet completely.
