Well, I thought my bro in law was kidding when we were sitting outside at about midnight. He said look dudes, there is some shit going across the sky. I for one blew him off cause he likes to mess with me...that's just the way we are. Always messing with each other...UNTIL I turned around. Damn! Several tiny "meteors" shooting through the sky.

Ummm, did anyone watch the video?
The reporter said that someone came up to him and said it was a "prank" and that their buddy was shooting off road-flairs or something.

About 10 years ago, if you seen anything like this you were though of as crazy. But NOW It's as if our perception of it has changed. Like people just want to know what's going on. Interesting

This is no JOKE or PRANK...I saw THE SAME EXACT THING IN ARIZONA NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS AGO!! I walked outside and looked up because I noticed 3 red lights that were moving strangely in the sky. I stood in amazement and watched as they moved up, down, side to side and even criss crossed each other. Then small red glowing balls drop from one of the lights and was glowing until it faded away. At first I thought whatever these things were were dropping flares, but the movement of the things dropping from the red lights were falling very slowly, not anything like a flare. I then watched as the lights moved quirky up into the sky until one by one each red light disappeared. No Joke this shit was the craziest thing I have ever seen, unlike any aircraft or plane. Something is up and people are seeing these red light all over the place.

I think I saw some of that while driving tonight..hmm..

I only noticed it, not only because im a skygazer but it was red..i thought it would be mars but then it moved. I thought it would be plane lights, but plane lights are never red.

There is no hissing sound when it shows up.

NO SOUND.

Obvious prank. There are videos on YouTube showing how they put LEDs onto RC helis and kites. No reason to believe this.

Interesting. The explanation given is plausible...although I'm not saying that's what it is. Honestly, I don't know since it's dark and you can make out anything. So, it IS a UFO...but that doesn't mean alien spacecraft. It simply means it is an unidentified flying object(s).

All the technology this nation has that scans the heavens and atmosphere relentlessly, and no one can say for certain what a bunch of blinking lights are? How many hundreds of times have we pondered twinklings in the twilight?
So much for the thinking of some that our airspace is secure if there is shit floating over us we have no clue what it is.
