Anyone use a Collodial Silver in your netti-pot for sinus infection????????

I used to get chronic sinus infections so bad. The antibiotics all the time made me worse then the infections, so eventually I had to find another way.

I got one of those bottle sinus wash things - they are like netti pots, but you don't pour you squeeze the bottle. Then I found a colloidal silver nasal spray at the health food store.

I got into the habit of using the squeeze bottle at least twice per day, and each time after, I'd use the nasal spray. When I used the spray, I could feel it in my sinuses, and as I moved my head, I could feel it moving around, so I did that so I got all my sinuses covered with the spray. Then, gave a big blow to clean out (tmi, sorry).

Around this time I saw a homeopath who also told me to add a few drops of neem oil to each nostril after doing the above to both sooth the flesh in there, and kill off any fungus that might be causing the infection. I do that too when I can find it.

Didn't work overnight - took 4-5 days, but it cleared it right up. After that I just took care to use the squeeze bottle to keep things 'free and clear'.

I have never used it like that. I used about 1tsp this morning because I have completely lost my voice from all this pollen floating around. You should not over do it, its not water you know?

if you do use a netti pot MAKE SURE YOU USE DISTILLED WATER....I am sure silver would help. Start taking probiotics, minimize yeasty foods and drinks. Sinus infections are often yeast overloads. Eliminate MILK PRODUCTS
