I work in Fast Food. I've noticed differences between black people and white people who come through

Well ac when you assume you make an ass out of yourself.
The reason I point out that I am not racist is to deter any racists from thinking I'm one of them just because I replied to this thread.
Your theory that if you "note someone's skin color it makes you racist" is full of bs!
I noted white people does that make me racist against them too?
When I'm outside I note the differences between cats and dogs-does that make me an animal hater?
Should I take my eyes out ac so I can't see color or know if it's a male or female near me?
Having common sense and being able to distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable behavior does NOT make you racist.
When you single out and hate an entire race because of their color-THAT makes you racist ac.
Now I do hate a group of people and I fit them all into one box together and that's assholes.
The box does not care if you are white, black, brown, yellow, or orange because it does not discriminate.
If you're an asshole then you're an asshole and I'll label you as such.
Trust me ac if I label someone and put them in that box it isn't because of their color or where they're from.

OP is 100% spot on and unless you are white and have lived in a ghetto filled area you just won't be able to get over your white guilt. First off black people love to drive slow in front of white people I know this because I have seen them checking their rear view mirror then when they see it's a white they slow down. They also never stop at a stop sign and always and I mean always make the widest turn humanly possible around a corner. They slouch down in their car while driving and have one hand up on the wheel as if they are almost laying down in the car. They blast the loudest music that vibrates your house windows all day and night and then when they get home they start blasting in in their "crib." I've seen them sit on their porch and just stare all day while drinking 40 after 40 and their kids are left unsupervised all damn day and always play in front of my house never in front of theirs.


They can live in a neighborhood with sidewalks yet always walk down the middle of the street in groups and when you try and drive by them they stare and throw up their arms like they want to fight. Don't even get me started on them in a movie theater because they will shout at the screen and text and talk on their phones all through the movie. They also like to come in a theater where there are tons of seats available only to sit right behind you and start kicking the back of your chair like they are trying to annoy you. I've seen stuff like this time and time again and if you choose to ignore it you had better wake up QUICK!

Geese folks. It should not suprise us that people who's ancient ancestrial histories are in different areas of the globe would have different, hardwired preferences in food tastes.

The pregnant question here is what, in the culture these people are immersed in, is causing this behavior. It seems obvious that it is normal, acceptable behavior in their world.

I do not believe it is a race issue. Too many people of different races participate in theis sub culturalism. It causes us to label all the people of a race as subscribing to the odd behavior we observe, as those that follow the mainstream behavior patterns are not as noticable as someone that is loud, obnoxious, ignorant, inconsiderate, or in general troublemakeing.

I'm white and mostly not racist but I worked at a grill and soft serve ice cream parlor a few summers in a row, and I can tell you that ALL of the black people that ordered ice cream ordered a vanilla cone, and most of them pronounced it, "Banilla." I was kind of a wise ass back then and one time a black man and his two kids came to the window, and before he spoke I said, "Three small Banillas?"

I'm suprised I didn't get my ass kicked.

One little problem ... I've seen two people who are about as intelligent as a sack of wet grass produce offspring that were brilliant.

I've also witnessed children that seemed fortunate they could maintain involuntary motor skills their IQ were so low being borne from parents that held high IQs.

Eugenics doesn't seem to always be accurate.

Apparently, Bernard is unfamiliar with the daily insult of working for what he will not recieve, while watching his fellow citizens recieve what they did not work for. Of course, this is all acceptable to Bernard, because white America has "taken so much" from blacks. Since slavery was only ended a mere 140 years ago, we should continue to pay reparations for generations to come. I believe we have far exceeded the "40 acres and a mule" by now.

Now, this doesn't even touch the corruption of those who "game" the system although they are not entitled to do so. We all know people who claim children they've never had to increase their income, who lie to obtain free medical care even though they work at well-paying government jobs.

And then we must live with their anger, their hatred and bitterness over being handed their every comfort. Their gratitude for which is repaid by the continuous vandalization and destruction of the schools, buses and neighborhoods that we provide them, even though these neighborhoods collect ZERO local or municipal taxes to repair this damage because NO ONE works.

Well, yes, I see what you're saying. In a predominantly white country, there will still be crime, but the criminals will look a lot like yourself. Therefore, it all comes down to class/socio-economic status.

In the US, we like to say that everyone has the same opportunity - hence the slogan. However, the people who tend to participate less in the system tend to fall into racial groups that are "non-white". Some would argue with me on that, but I have experienced the educational system in this country for part of my life, and it is fair to say that whites and asians are more participatory than black or hispanic, in my experience. So, people determine for themselves which class they fall into, by their ability or inability to succeed with the tools available.

We aren't "to the manor born" so much here, although that does happen. Most people scratch and claw their way up.A lot has been undertaken to give minorities a "sense of ownership" so that they'll feel more connected. I guess I'd have to say this has helped, truth be told.

But, when we came here, our parents definitely pressured us to "work harder, do better", and "nobody owed us anything". Oh, and lose the accent ASAP. We never expected America to cater to us, it was the other way 'round.

I'm biracial. Black people don't speak for me. I speak for myself. I find it ironic how you say black people follow the one-drop rule; yet, the one drop-rule was a racist system implemented to keep blacks down. I, for one, have respect for myself. A lot of blacks and whites try to lump biracial people in with black people, almost forcing them to choose a side, as if they have to disown half of themselves to fit in. This is, once again, coming from my own life experiences. I have went to predominantly white schools and predominantly black schools. In the white schools, it never even crossed my mind that I had to choose one or the other. My identity wasn't a big deal. When I went to a predominantly black school, what a tremendous difference there was. I wasn't black enough. I wasn't white enough. I felt so much pressure about who I was from these people. It was definitely a culture shock. It has definitely shaped me into who I am today. I've concluded that I am biracial. If other people want to disown part of themselves due to social indoctrination, so be it. I, for one, seem to challenge the status quo and live above complacency. It's funny, in middle school all the black kids would treat me as less than, but as I grow up black people want so badly to claim biracial people as their own.

It's complicated funny, I'm just myself. Many black people have said that I "act white". This is where it gets confusing. I was raised by my mom (who is white). My family is white. I grew up in a different way of life. So when people tell me that I act white, it just rubs me the wrong way. It's like, wellllll, I am technically half white. I came out of a white woman for crying outloud. What do you expect? I grew up in a different environment. The neighborhood that I grew up in was predominantly white, with a couple other biracial kids. When I moved, I ended up in a predominantly black school (at age 12). I never did fit in. I will admit, when I did transfer schools, those soon became some of the worst days of my life. So I get where generalizing is wrong. I never even really thought about race until I went to a black school. It was like it was a constant topic. I'm not sure if being in two different cultures was a good thing or bad thing. I guess it gave me perspective. It's just funny how people say white people are so racist. I never experienced racism once until I went to a black school.

I meant to expound upon this. America seems to be ran by the one-drop rule. It's very black and white in America. I'm already aware white people see me as either Latino (which a lot of people assume I am) or black. This goes the same for black people. Then comes the generalizations. Little do any of them know, I grew up in white culture. So they could take any of these stereotypes that have been stated on here, and put them onto me. The whole biracial thing is confusing. But I am glad that I have such a wide perspective on life, due to what I have been through.

You forgot the part where they ALWAYS have to back into every damned place they park, whether it's their driveway or in a parking lot and block people from getting past for the maximum amount of time while doing so. And, how about the fact that they NEVER yeild the right of way by staying behind a park car that's on their side of the street, but force the oncoming car to either stop or play chicken while they barrel past. They don't really give a shit though cause they're all driving on a never existed or suspended license and when they get nailed by the cops they get a slap on the wrist and simply continue to do so forever.

If all of the blacks without driver's licenses were taken off the roads their wouldn't be anymore black drivers.

Ou local McDonald's had Shamrock Shakes this year. They have green mint chocolate chip ice cream in them for St. Patrick's Day. I bought some for my kids. One worker told me they were very popular.
