It's a culteral thing in America. I don't regard it as racist when someone remarks on the differences in creeds behavior. I've found the nicest people to be from India, the coolest people to be from Norway and Australia, the most annoyning people to come from France, the most arrogant people to be armerica and the loudest most hate filled people to be from Africa or black american's. There is a big difference between waiting staff and delivery drivers.

I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time myself, and when I go out I always tip generously because it's a tough job, and effort should be rewarded. Also taking into account that tips are often split with the kitchen staff, I think it is a decent thing to do.

However, delivery drivers will never receive a tip from me. First of all because they already charge for the delivery on itself, and secondly.. you sit on your ass, just driving around, ringing my doorbell and drop of some food.

Remind me again why I should tip a delivery driver?
