She had a wild kid his days were numbered by the life he chose to live, he would have been incarcerated shortly and prob killed in prison or later by a drive by. My own son is 18 months old and I still remember when he was a newborn; my mother says that even at 29 (my age, not my mothers) she still thinks of me as a newborn; as a parent I don't think anything else matters. Her child is dead, it doesn't matter who he was, her baby is still dead. The only thing that could shake my faith in my child is if I found out he was truly a monster; at this point in my life I could not imagine ANYTHING making me not love my child. Even the mothers of child-rapists and serial killers have difficulty coalescing their image of their child with the monster their child has become (I did a report for psychology on sociopaths). *Most* fathers cannot compare to the level of love *most* mothers have for their children; there are always exceptions to the rule. Brain mapping images show certain areas that are activated by the simple smell of their child. Also, I am sick to death of this forum's reactions to this story; it's sickening the amount of blatant racism (3 threads from Anonymous Cowards) about this story. Maybe I am a sheep, but I am also a mother and have nothing but love and prayers for Trayvon's mother. Lets hope you teach your son not to commit aggravated assault on someone who has a legal right to pack a gun. Then you will never know her pain. They didn't even know he was missing for 3 days! And you can prove it was aggravated assault because you were the only eyewitness. You know this to be true - correct?? Perhaps you would rather have George Zimmerman as your son who is 28, failed marriage, uneducated, unemployed, living at home and wants to be a police officer when he grows up, except he can't because he has a record of violence and anger issues, and can't seem to finish college. There is plenty of evidence of assault. Zimmerman wasn't unemployed. Do not have any info on his education. I do know he was legally entitled to carry that gun. You probably support the arrest of a man who was defending himself to quell social upheaval. You proud? What would you do if it was your head being banged on the ground? Look at her lawyer's expression when she says it - his brow furrowed and he gave a look like "wtf, aw hell no she didn't". go watch the video in the link at the beginning of this thread. there is NO taking it out of context or "mischaracterizing" what she said. also - the media has already been busted for using OLD photos of Trayvon from when he was much younger. They have been busted for whitening up his hoodie pic - and yet on everything they still use these pictures. WTF?! |

Guess, I'll just have to wait and see what other evidence on intent comes out in the trial. True. Look at the case of John McNeil and Brian Epp, Cobb County Georgia. Black man killed stalking thug white guy in his front yard; stand your ground case. One year later the case was pulled by DA and John McNeil is now serving life in jail. |
