You mentioned Crystals so I thought I'd help a few people. I highly recommend a Fluorite Sphere if you can get one, roughly big enough that you can wrap your hand around it.
Fluorite has the ability to collect and neutralize Negative energies. This should help you fathom more of what is happening in the world.
