Frequency Rising: energy shifts and their effects on us physically, mentally, and emotionally...

Ive been like that for the last few days...(and on and off for the last 6 months or so)... I've been ridiculously "sore" for no reason...like my body is just working out not stop (and I exercise on a regular/daily basis). Some big changes/downloads and changes in vibrations occurring :) they are not always pleasant tho...sensitivities to everything are shooting WAY up.

You'll never be alone as you always have us to talk to. We've got your back no matter what. Well I do anyways.

the material world around you becomes fluid-like, for me it is almost trippy at times, and the first few times it happened I really freaked out. I think the further into this state of awakening that we go, the more it begins to mesh together...vibrational energy is everything :)

lol thanks :) I appreciate the support...I've come a long way since I started that blog about EDS, its not EDS at all, its the shift, but for some very specific reasons it took place in me a little sooner and so I became VERY sick from some toxic exposures that changed some vibrations/energies in my body...anyways doing MUCH better now...stronger than ever, and have some of the cool metaphysical abilities to go with it! :)

I couldn't help but to respond again with some questions.
Do you think that these energies we feel are just emotions?
I don't mean 'just' or something simple as simply put but...
If so, By whom are we controlled by these energies or emotions?
Is it not ourselves?

Something else... the synchronicity I find when I leave this website having conversations and with those in mind... I browse various websites/blogs and youtube favorites only to find that their latest postings or thoughts are directly linked to the conversations I had prior and even some thoughts that I've kept to myself are are either answered or a continuation of them. These other sites/blogs I browse couldn't have known what conversations or where I was most recently engaged in them.

The metaphysic abilities I feel or presented to me are amazing. There is a divine answer that guides us. And as much as I cannot prove this... I know this. How is it that we know?

Do you think that these energies we feel are just emotions?


I think they are a variety of things...emotions, light energies and various wavelengths (from the photon belt/solar flares/and other cosmic energies all working in rhythm with each other), along with our OWN personal imprinted energy=soul.

In my opinion, our spiritual bodies are joining our physical material bodies, we are connecting back to SOURCE and remembering where we came from in the beginning, all connected...the joinging of the conscious/subconscious, spirit INTO matter. This is just my opinion but here is a blog I wrote a while back-

What is a word? Vibration.
What is a vibration? Energy
What is matter made of? Energy in the form of atoms in varous arrangements creating the elemental table....

Everything is energy/vibration...love/hate, black/white, electricity, emotions, DNA/human body ( [link to news.nationalgeographic.com] , you name it. We are all vibrations moving through space all connected in very intricate ways, just all of it is arranged in specific patterns to create part of the whole. Just think about astrology? Your personality will be somewhat based on what the vibrations are of your time and place of birth, solely because of your specific location in space, and the other vibrations that are influencing you right at that precise first "breathe of life". One of the biggest problems society faces today is the complete separation of each other from the universe, all just existing, never "co-existing" together and working together with peace and harmony...negative energies and sadness/evil all around. These vibrations effect everyone. In order for there to be change and peace, these vibrations have to be balanced.

Just take a look across all religions at the various concepts of ying/yang, masculine/feminine, etc...they didn't have the technology we have today to look at the complexity of the universe and atoms. They saw the world as it was, working together with mother nature as a guide in order to guide them along their spiritual paths. This has slowly been lost across all religions as we become separate from mother nature and her rhythms/vibrations. This is on the way to being restored.

As the world awakens, many are starting to notice they become much more empathetic. We are starting to remember our roots and reconnect with each other. This then becomes exponential.

Energy is never created or destroyed...only tansformed...right? So its up to us to use our mind/body/spirit in order to raise the vibrations around us. This will help restore balance and harmony for the universe...

Because it is a part of us. That little voice in the back of our mind that talks to us when we are at our lowest, the inclination to seek higher meaning in everything you see and hear now.

Truths begin to resonate...as vibrations increase its almost like we become our own personal lie detectors. Things start giving you chills more often when you hear of something spiritual that you feel was a sign from you from Source...its all connected and within us all...and some are finally starting to listen...

There's a song by Jethro Tull I mention above. That song years ago led my mind to thinking about what you speak of. Think about every song written and sung since the beginning of time. Music and it's Vibrations. And how the songs and sounds shape our existence. The words are used. And they are all connected to us now. Even a song written a few hundred years ago.

Words I feel are very relevant and key with the universe.
The keys of a song are significant as well I think.

I've tried your Isochronic video before and I am not sure why this happens, but it physically hurts me. It may be because of my abilities or how aware I am already.

If you really want healing, we could synchronize some time and I can take you to where my energy comes from.

Have spent the last few days reading and rereading this thread, it is SO good to know people are feeling like I am. I literally feel like I am going insane, the emotions, energies, de ja vu, all of it. I've always been highly sensitive to others emotions, and it has caused me to avoid many social situations unknowingly. I analyze every situation to the extreme, things so small, I will literally tear myself up over them. I think I've been feeling so much energy that my past conditioning makes me feel like something bad is going to happen to me/someone close. I close up and panic, I get very very anxious..Is this what you guys are feeling? I keep expecting something terrible to happen because of these feelings and how strong they are. I am also having de ja vu daily now, and more intense than ever before in my life. Whats happening now is when something new happens (new posters, decorations, arrangement for example) its like my brain recognizes it as always being that way. Its hard to explain, but I first noticed it when I put a set of pictures up for the first time (bought them and the frames that day, none of it was mine before) and I intstantly connected with it and felt like I had seen it hundreds of times before. This is now happening at work and random places like stores. Is this happening to anyone else?

I need to figure out how to reassure myself that the negativety isn't directly attached to me, but by taking it on it does become my own. How do I fight this? Also my dreams for the last year have been really unsettling, I don't usually remember them but they are very very intense and challenging. I wake up wanting nothing more than to sleep for 8 more hours. My boyfriend is feeling some of these same things but he is not as mentally aware as I am, so its more of the physical things hes seeing. Im really losing grasp with this frame of reality...maybe thats the point? To break through the time illusion so we are prepared to ascend? Maybe this is our way of easing into is? I also had a very vivid dream with multiple alien crafts directly above me..strange things are happening for sure. Please share your experiences with things ive listed, it will help more than you beautiful souls will ever know.
