it does become completely overwhelming at times...where you want to just scream. I talk in an upbeat manner most of the time, but damn if there have not been times where I just want to scream because of how overwhelming life and caring about this "material" world becomes...

Nothing seems to matter anymore, but finding peace and that inner light. Even in the down times you try to hang on by that little thread of hope that there is a reason many of us feel this way...

In my opinion, a lot of the overwhelming feeling comes from emotional upheavals. It creates a weird "anxious" feeling that washes over you...and it can happen anytime anywhere...its like a panic attack, in an odd way.

Try as much as you can to meditate, "ground" yourself to earth energies (ie. go outside barefoot in the grass to connect to the earths magnetic field and also send some of the damaging emf energies and radiation out of your body), essential oils help to calm the nerves, I am a huge fan of lavender...
