This "smells" familiar. I've been having panic attacks (shakes, vomiting at its worst, but mostly impending DOOM) and predicting (thought of a movie, or a moviestar) consistently (EVERY DAY) what will be on cable TV the next day for about a year now.

I haven't been barefoot on earth for a while. Do you think that would help at all? I've been feeling/thinking VERY uneasily for a while now, wishing for redemption. Have no clue how to make that happen though. Should I just let things happen? Or is the doom (I'm afraid of everything anyway, always have been) feeling supposed to be telling me someting I can't understand?

I've had a lot of head injuries too. I just thought my present was a result of that trauma.

I write a lot in my threads about the benefits of grounding/earthing...I even have shoes and bedsheets that have a ground cord to the earth to help 1) pull in good earth energies 2) protect from EMFs from cell phones/radiation around us

WHen it comes to letting things happen...I think thats about all we can do in the end. WE can only do so much and spend so much energy trying to understand what is going on....the countless hours stressing will not get us anywhere.

Listening to heart and intuition is one of the only ways I can bring peace to myself in order to try to somewhat understand what is going on...the fact of the matter is we may never understand.

Hindsight is 20/20 and worrying all of the time about it never got anyone anywhere (I am a worrier so hearing myself say this is important to remind me of how important it is to let things go)...does not mean we don't try to do things to alleviate or prevent further damage by trying to protect ourselves, its just that staying in that constant scared state is never good for us!
