What is known regarding the "Pulsating Orbs of Light" UFO's showing up worldwide!

This is the 5th time in 7 days that I have seen things that are not ours. I grew up with this stuff and can spot our reverse engineering and tonight it is possible the craft hovering over short pump, virginia is ours, but it is way more advanced then the 85 years I usually give our government to be at. It easily is 500 years ahead. I started getting closer to it and it shifted position. I am sorry I could not get video. However, I do agree that the "activity" has picked up.

The UK has more than capable defences the fact that these orbs are not being pursued or shot down might give you a clue.
