I dunno if this means anything, but James H Ferrario was a defendant in a case regarding breach of contract, filed almost exactly 10 years ago to the day, one day off. It was filed with the plaintiffs being...the Dukes! Phillip, Gloria and Charles Duke. Another defendant listed is Prescott Renovation LLC in Modesto.

I don't know if any of this has any meaning but the dates of the events on the case index are also strange.

I personally believe there is far more to this story....we will never know.....but why were his friends arrested?

This is the stinkiest story in a while for me.

Well, then, how did the policeman and the locksmith get shot? In fact, there WOULD have been a BRIEF window of time where he could have escaped into another apartment (through the attic) or gotten away somehow, before everyone else showed up and got into position. Actually, the fact that they had several different branches of law enforcement from different locations could have helped him in his escape since there would be lots of people who didn't recognize each other and perhaps he could have blended in during all of the confusion. Apparently he had several vehicles, where were they parked? Within easy walking distance? Maybe he had a friend/girlfriend parked around the corner?

We'll probably never know. I'm just sorry that people had to lose their lives over this; otherwise, it WAS an interesting as-it-happened story. Goodnight, all!

I overheard someone on the Live 10 feed about 30 minutes ago saying that his friend, who knew the suspect, was arrested because they were upset that the cops were doing jack shit. So the guy who was speaking, he said his friend grabbed a bible and was going to try and negotiate with the suspect, so the police arrested him.

Cops weren't doing jack shit other than eating pizza and tossing tear gas cans
