The propane truck is a smoking gun, like building 7. I cannot see any plausible explanation for its appearance other than to create a raging inferno certain to destroy any evidence that may have existed.

They needed an entire propane truck to power some computers and shit...I don't believe that for a second. A single generator, maybe two, could have sufficed.

I watched the propane truck as it backed into the area. It was only there about 10 or 15 minutes, then pulled out and left. It wasn't very close to the actual structure where this guy was. It merely backed up to some of the larger vehicles/command center for a few minutes...then left.
